A number of the other restaurants were struggling to achieve completion before the events began in the O2.

Little, if any, progress had been made on the adjacent unit which was to be a good quality burger bar. In contrast the Greenwich Inc site was moving ahead at a good pace, so they were asked by the 02 management to take this unit on, retaining it as a Burger Bar as this was part of the overall food offer strategy for the 02.

This they did, again assisted by Russell Associates, by then with an even shorter timescale. Both the units were opened on time.
