Inc Brasserie

Regular clients of the Inc Group managed to secure one of the units in the 02. The building, which in fact was a double unit, was at shell standard and the Inc Group proposed a brasserie at the Ground Floor, (Inc Brasserie) with a club over (Urban Inc.) Russell Associates assisted the Inc Group with the layouts and fitting out, the Building Regulations, particularly means of escape and fire protection issues, and the stringent landlords requirements.

There were considerable time pressures to get the restaurant completed in time for the launch of the 02 itself.
