Straightsmouth

In this project for a regular developer client, in the West Greenwich Conservation Area, the former warehouse building to the left of the photograph was refurbished to a high standard and converted into a substantial house, with the addition of an attic floor with dormer windows.

The right hand new build section has materials and detailing to carefully match the existing. The houses are close to the centre of Greenwich and each has a gated entrance to a private courtyard and off street parking.
