44 Royal Hill

Royal Hill was originally mainly residential, but later had shop fronts added to a number of properties, the trend is now being reversed.

The projecting shop front has now been removed, and to reinstate the house to its former glory it was necessary to rebuild the ground floor front elevation, and reinstate the light well to the basement.
The front steps were rebuilt and the railings reinstated.
